Head Chef & Culinary Manager

Nicodemus Carroll, more commonly known as Chef Nico, is our head chef and culinary manager. He has worked here at home plate since he was 14 years old. Originally being raised on the island of Maui, Chef Nico and his family moved to the village in 2016 and has been a part of the community ever since. He has an associates degree in culinary arts and is a certified culinarian. He takes pride in bringing his culinary expertise to the village and looks forward to all of you trying the great food he produces.
